for me the only thing that works to let it go quiet briefly is working with clay with my hands, sculpturing, sometimes also exercise helps, but not always ofc, when I realise retrospectively that my brain was literally turn off during that time I always feel so much better knowing It could finally rest fr.

glad that you’ve got a few things that help u down πŸ’™ for me it’s whenever i can hyperfocus while listening to music or editing photographs or sometimes when i’m taking photos in the mountains.

once a day would be amazeee. i try to meditate every night before i sleep now. it's a new habit so i sometimes forget, but it's been nice whenever ive been able to do it.
