curious what everyone's stance is on morning vs evening workouts morning feels ideal because it makes the day feel longer/more free time but waking up becomes 100x less enjoyable

I get that! Morning workouts definitely set a productive tone for the day and give a sense of accomplishment. However, evening workouts can be a great stress reliever and a solid way to wind down. It all comes down to personal preference and how your body feels most energized!
