Fargo Season 5 was all about juxtapositions of different kinds of power: financial/political power vs power of violence. The power of debt vs the power of forgiveness. One of the few modern shows with a moral lesson, but tasteful and subtle without being overly didactic.

Leave the World Behind was really well done: suspenseful and thought provoking. Weird old school camera work tho. And basically a complete rip off of the beloved show Jericho. Which is good though because the kids need to be exposed to that idea that America can fall in the most self-destructive way

Capitalism has always churned out low-effort content: reality TV, Thomas Kinkade paintings, pop music, etc. AI will churn out the same kind of unoriginal slop to entertain the masses. Artists will stay relevant by staying innovative, staying one step ahead of the training data.
