You make a white sauce (bechamel?) with butter/flour/milk, then add strong cheddar to make a cheese sauce. Include some strong mustard and maybe a dash or Worchestershire sauce. Then you pour it over pre-boiled, drained cauliflower chunks and bake it for about half an hour till the cheese is bubbly. 🤤
