Balcony aubergine update. 

It's small but I think it's ready for harvesting. 

Then I might get a second one. The bumblebees love the flowers.

I present you aubergine chips. 

It seems you can plant any vegetable in a little balcony pot if you're OK with the harvest being very small.

I had to be creative in the recipe to cook it because it was so thin 😆
