Ppl can now form DAOs with just 1 cast. This really turns a lot of the assumptions of corporate liability on its head. Anyone have thoughts on how the law should deal with these types of orgs where anyone can join with one piece of engagement on social media? How should liability extend? Should partnership law apply?

I don't see how anything other than partnership law can apply (at least within the US). Why would anyone register or follow corporate formalities if they could avoid liability by simply minting a free NFT? That being said, I'd love to hear the counterargument because I'm sure something similar will blow up this cycle
