After stressful days I used to come home, take a bath, and light a candle. Eventually I went through so many candles I ended up making my own, which brings me to today. I have my candle graveyard - a shelf where all of my testers go when I’m done testing them. I’ve been so heads down I’ve forgotten how much I love lighting candles. Today I realized I could light a lot of tester candles at once (bc hey why not look at 10 little fires). I am finding joy and refuge. And I find beauty in looking at all of my mistakes.
