Hub Sync Issues

Earlier this week, Warpcast's hub stopped broadcasting for ~ 12 hours.  Here's what happened:  

1. Warpcast runs many hubs but writes to one at a time.
2. That hub lost all connections (possibly due to AWS outage) 
3.  Reconnecting failed due to a bug introduced by recent libp2p upgrade
4. Alerting was not set up to catch this case

I have more than 100k $masks im my wallet
Whats the problem?

Mad developer at /masks 🎭.
Not completely skizophrenic.
Totally glitched.
Almost cooked.
