From the book, I got the idea that it was using the “network” to sidestep the problem of geography when bootstrapping societal norms. While the examples you provided sound like interesting experiments, they all seem very rooted in physical time and space. They sound more like extended workshops if anything.

I think the examples so far are exactly that, more so extended conferences. But they’re proof of concepts to see how to scale up
