we had an internal tool that we used to keep our Farcaster and Twitter accounts in sync saw pfista's question and decided to open source it: https://github.com/neynarxyz/farcaster-examples/tree/main/fc2x after hosting, if you connect Farcaster and Twitter accounts, it reads casts and posts them as tweets the parent "farcaster-examples" repo has a lot of farcaster open source tooling we've put together over time - from creating bots to managing signers to spinning up react native apps feedback and PRs are welcome; h/t @dylsteck.eth for building the twitter tool internally
