This is only true if you don't properly curate who you follow. Chronological feeds are the kind of feeds I was raised on, so I regularly prune noise either way. I don't want a feed consisting entirely of yesterday's news. That's just a waste of my time. This format is great for its immediacy.

channel experience is different, I'm talking about the universal following feed with reply bumping chrono feeds are fantastic I never use the Twitter home feed and Warpcast feed (which was chronological with reply bumping) was perfect for me up until they switched to an algo in February if you're good at curating a list of people to follow, there's always fresh new content
