12 hours ago i uploaded a video i created with my yt automation saas product this is the only video i've uploaded in 2 weeks since i started working on this saas project, since it did well and every viewer stayed until the end (100% view retention) i can expect this to be pushed to another 10k people in 48 hours where yt will test that crowd again to see if this video is good enough to push it to 100k people

why not just keep the algo private and monetise via YT? if your results are this good and consistent, selling it could eventually make it generic and pointless

yup that was my initial reason for making this, solving a need of my own but i'm making it public because i know i can make more $ by selling this software to people who want to do the same

There are a lot of people doing this now, this is the new dropshipping wave, – matt would make much more and align himself to the efforts of others running this as a service because neither the content, nor the distribution is the moat here

Regardless others are doing it and will become generic. Very hard to monetise via YouTube. Much easier to sell the tools to others.
