What I learned after asking him because the allowance wasn’t updating:

The allowance is like a mysterious air drop.
(It comes to the allowance irregularly.)

You may have noticed a shift in your $SPACE tip allowance yesterday. Some saw an increase, others a decrease.

Here's why:
We updated the calculation to use @neynar's user score instead of Moxie/Airstack's Far Rank. Simple change, big impact.

💡 Reminder: The algo is open-source. Got ideas for how tips (or anything in nounspace) could be even better? Props are always welcome. The future of social is in your hands space cadets 🚀

Here's more info on the change. You shouldn't be seeing zero though, make sure you have the right wallet connected when checking your allowance! If that's not the issue, lmk, I'll be happy to look into it for you 💜 🍫
