How does the quorum setting in Nouns work? I noticed it’s dynamic based on how contentious the vote is? Any docs where this is explained?

It’s dynamic yes — as more no votes come in, more yes votes are required. It’s threshold not quorum in the traditional sense.

We like to call in quorum to ensure you shake your fist at the screen when the topic comes up.
