Maybe Nouns *should* have an L2? To the degree that L2s these days are a lot about competing for "unique state" and attention, this seems to play well to Nouns? I guess only concern is that it's tough for us to fully commit to it, and maybe it becomes a ghost chain...

Wouldn’t it make more sense to support existing public goods like OP stack? If we build on OP (or Base or Zora) there’s opportunity for interoperability and shared learning.

True but like you said at beginning maintenance is where we really slack. 

And if you build something others use there’s a different level of expectation and responsibility. (And cost to ensure upkeep). 

In theory, great idea. Maybe just not the right time? The eternal nouns problem—is it all too soon?

Well but we could make our own op stack chain? I’m like only 40% that this is a good idea fwiw
