well this is fun -- 1) Lebanese/Mediterranean 2) Italian 3) ummm American? (not sure where else bbq, burgers and chicken nuggets go - yes I have the palate of a 5 year old) 4) Mexican (but Tex Mex NOT authentic) 5) and Polish I guess cuz Bagels and yes, I'm sure no one else will match this eclectic mix

notice the ;D emoji, but 100% serious - look up Paul Baran, born on Polish ground and then (of course) emigrated to the USA - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Baran . The whole story is fascinating, and there is a great biography on the guy but only in Polish : (
