I taught Entrepreneurship at the college level but switch from full time to adjunct so I only teach one class a semester — a Blockchain class I created

Sounds interesting! I read your comment about rewarding students, and it instantly reminded me of an Argentine teacher who did something brilliant He created his own classroom currency, called Steve Coins (or EsteBits). Every time a student completed their homework, they earned one EsteBit. But here’s the twist: they had to spend their rewards. Right before a test, he’d hold an auction where students could use their EsteBits to buy extra points. In Argentina, you need a 6 to pass. So if a student scored a 5 but had bought a point — they’d pass! The best part? The more homework someone did, the more coins they earned — and students stopped sharing answers, because homework became more valuable to them individually. They knew they’d need those coins for the next auction.
