being good at posting is a valuable skill for a founder to have. if they don't have it, they should put time into cultivating it

@adrienne and I just talked about this in our next module on culture for /gmfarcaster101 (coming out Wednesday). So agree that the founders who interact earnestly are such a gift to us here.

curious to hear what you both say about this! feel like if you replaced "posting" with "writing" or "communication" would make this pretty universally accepted, but I've encountered a "don't have time for that" attitude from a bunch of founders who try to outsource the posting to ghost writers (my old job!) or other people

That really isnβt as helpful here imo β yes you probably need a brand person who can put out the usual info - but getting insights from founders is special. We chatted about @linda as a great example but another that we forgot to mention was @henri - another great example. Totally get that itβs hard but it can really give you better insight into the biz. And so appreciate everyone who contributes their experience in /founders β itβs true gold!

When I joined the culture felt soo collaborative and open, with an expectation that founders were gonna show up and collectively contribute to growing Farcaster GDP and one another. Offered a meaningful model to emulate that I continue to learn from
