here to get banned I Am sometimes rude to service people because I feel like the share the responsibility of the company that treats people badly. I don‘t like this mentality of working for a multi national, taking on zero individual responsibility and saying „I‘m just taking orders.“ Everyone has agency

Well in my hospitality experience, the rudeness is rarely warranted and usually enhanced by alcohol. And sometimes with a side of sexual harassment lol (I was a bartender in Key West years ago). BUT if you’re talking big corp customer service then yes, it sucks. Please do better y’all.

Yup — hate that and it’s top down policies. Also — can’t even find phone numbers. Like hello — I know you don’t want me to call; I also don’t want to call. But whatever I’m calling about is because I cannot do it online. So I just yell “agent” over and over. 🤬
