Actually, that is indeed a framing that some feminists are pushing, but it's not helpful for the cause imo. 

As if women in positions of power wouldn't be making similarly bad decisions as their male counterparts. 

I think it's more of a systemic issue that quantitative easing/ the increasing financialization of everything increases the occurrence of crisis ^^
