Seems overly optimistic to say we get 10 outstanding props per quarter.  Like the idea but think 10 per year is a better number.

will think about it more. thx for the feedback. (partly it’s trying to address that that we haven’t had this for 2 years so it’s trying to retro the retro too but maybe that should be explicitly like the first quarter or two and slow down until things pick up)

Some thought should be given to adding some sort of a monetary retrogrants as well to show appreciation and respect for people that build and deliver quietly and consistently. Some here spend hundreds of hours and thousands out of pocket without asking for a thing back
