another open source library I really hope someone builds is a eth address to profile pic resolver that gives a random noun assignment if no ens avatar is set but is consistent with it so that we can train our eyes to notice same addresses with the same profile pic across all gov clients / nouns UI

Not a library but if someone wanted to PoC, that's available as a service: `https://dix.sh/address/avatar/<ens or address>` which returns either an address to a synth Noun png or URL of the ENS avatar
