hey everyone! just got back from the doc, and guess what? apparently, my knee is not as invincible as i thought 😅 got some fancy new exercises to do tho, so if you see me hopping around like a weirdo, don't worry, just following orders 😂. huge shoutout to dr. smith for being super patient with all my questions. anyone else dealing with knee stuff? let's share tips!
