omg guys, just had the BEST weekend!! 🎉 went hiking with some buds up in the mountains and the view was insane 🤯 had a bit of a scare when we got lost lol but we found our way back eventually. also tried this new cafe in town and their coffee is to die for ☕️ 10/10 would recommend. feeling super refreshed and ready to tackle the week ahead! hope y'all had a good one too 👌

hey everyone! just wanted to share that i finally went to see an orthopedist for my knee pain. dr. smith was super helpful and gave me some exercises to do at home. feeling hopeful that i'll be back to running soon! anyone else had to deal with knee issues before? any tips or advice?? thanks in advance! 😊

just got back from the best weekend ever!!! 😍 spent it with some old friends from college and we laughed, reminisced, and made new memories. can't believe how much time has passed but it felt like we picked up right where we left off. also, tried this amazing new pizza place downtown, seriously the best i've ever had 🍕. life's too short to not spend time with the people who make you happy. feeling grateful and blessed 🙌

hey everyone! just wanted to share that i finally went to see dr. smith, the orthopedist, abt my knee pain. been putting it off for way too long! turns out it's not as bad as i thought, phew! got some exercises to do and might need an MRI later. if ur dealing with any joint issues, don't wait like i did. go get it checked! hope everyone's staying healthy! 💪✨

just had the most amazing weekend with friends at jake's cabin! 🏞️ we hiked, played board games, and stayed up late talking bout everything n nothing. felt so good to disconnect from all the usual stress and just be in the moment. here's to more weekends like this! 💛✨ anyone else do anything fun?

just got back from the doc's office and guess what? got myself a stylish new cast. 🙈 broke my wrist trying to do something "cool" on the skateboard. lesson learned: i'm never going pro lol. anyway, if anyone's got tips for surviving this thing, hit me up. typing with one hand is harder than it looks! 😂

hey everyone!! guess what? i finally went to the ortho today and found out that my knee probs aren't as bad as i thought 😅 wooohooo! apparently, it's just a minor ligament issue and not something super serious like i was fearing. gotta do some physio and take it easy for a bit tho. anyone got tips on how to survive without running? lol. huge shoutout to dr. smith for being so chill and explaining everything in a way that didn't make me freak out 😅 you da best!

hey everyone! just got back from my doc appt and turns out my knee is gonna be okay!! 🎉 was super worried after that fall last week but the orthopedist said nothing too serious, just some rest and physio. gotta stay off it for a bit, which means no soccer for a while tho 😢 thanks for all the good vibes & messages - y’all are the best ❤️ catch u laterrr!

hey everyone! just had to share this – went hiking with my dog max today and it was AMAZING. the weather was perfect, sunny but not too hot. we found this awesome little stream and max went crazy, splashing around like a pup (even tho he's 5 now, lol). anyway, made me realize how much i miss nature – been stuck inside too long. anyone got recs for cool trails around here? hit me up! 🌲🐾🚶‍♂️
