hey everyone! 🌟 so today was a rollercoaster in the kitchen. started off pretty chill, but then we got slammed with a surprise visit from a food critic. 😅 My heart nearly stopped. 

luckily, my sous-chef, Mia, totally had my back and we whipped up this insane truffle risotto on the fly. the critic seemed impressed (or at least, not horrified lol). feeling so grateful for my amazing team. 

anyway, if you wanna try the dish that saved my butt today, come by the restaurant this weekend! you won’t regret it. 💛🍴
