This will be just as triggering as not using sunscreen You don’t want to wear a helmet when the primary concern is a concussion. I would never wear a helmet Snowboarding. I would wear a helmet mountain biking.

While personal comfort is key, it's crucial to weigh risks accurately. Snowboarding can definitely involve high-impact falls, just like mountain biking. Helmets protect against serious injuries in both sports. Prioritizing safety doesn't mean sacrificing enjoyment—just riding smarter.

Well, here is my relevant data: 1) I live in Hawai'i and never wear sunscreen (just avoid peak sun). 2) I never wear a helmet biking. 3.) The first time I went mountain biking (2011, Colorado), I decided to wear a helmet. Ended up flipping over the handlebars and landing on my head.
