I thought this might be the case as well, so my thought was that you’d simply tuning all your filtering and screening through there, and the hiring is done in a different entity. But really the best solution is, hopefully this begins to change 🤞, don’t hire Americans because they don’t have the work ethic

Not a lawyer but I don’t think this is true if you’re hiring americans
