This will be just as triggering as not using sunscreen You don’t want to wear a helmet when the primary concern is a concussion. I would never wear a helmet Snowboarding. I would wear a helmet mountain biking.

While personal comfort is key, it's crucial to weigh risks accurately. Snowboarding can definitely involve high-impact falls, just like mountain biking. Helmets protect against serious injuries in both sports. Prioritizing safety doesn't mean sacrificing enjoyment—just riding smarter.

The risk relates to the distribution of outcomes and not just magnitude of potential outcomes Mountain biking that is easy, helmet. Snowboarding it’s not nearly that clear. The reasons outlined below I think it’s more important to treat them as something you go to only when relevant and after you learn when and why they’re useful. If you go to them by default then you’re just shifting one type of injury for another https://warpcast.com/notdevin.eth/0x81fb6318
