Some warmup, just moving, every rep was different, zero consistency. Have you ever gotten to do a perfect rep outside of the gym? No. So don’t train like you will. Move, move well, move with strength, move with endurance, but above all move your body. It’s insanely capable if you give it the attention it deserves

I mean yesterday’s zurchers were definitely lower body. I do more lunges, split squats, power cleans, slam balls for lower body strength. Otherwise it’s just all the vertical I get from hiking and dynamic things I do while on walks

Oh okay…you weren’t joking when you said physical activity is the only thing that keeps you away from reading. How often do you go on hikes though?…cause I haven’t had the motivation to do that in months🤦🏻‍♀️💔
