I am quite skinny, and I am looking for something suitable for me to exercise to help improve my overall health and gain some weight. I am contemplating whether kickboxing is suitable for me or not. or Gym should be better option. what should I do ? I need some advices. Ty guys

If you want to get unskinny, start with weights. Kickboxing is a ton of fun though and all boxing gyms are going to have weights as well so you don’t have to make it an either or :)

Going to have to feed that gym work too, lots of shakes. The cals are more important in this scenario no? I don’t think cardio of kickboxing is going to help any. I had a roommate that tried to add weight with beer and beans and rice every night. I do not suggest that.
