Day 6 of 100: 100 perfect pushups 100 air squats Pushups are my worst movement imo, I’m slow and they’re always hard no matter strength level I’m at. I want to know if doing 10,000 pushups will make them easier, the air squats are just there so I don’t get bored with pushups
