One of the strangest move I’ve ever seen… which is suppose to be the advantage of it than a standard deadlift? It seems just more “dangerous”

There is more room for risk in this lift, I’d agree. The muscle recruitment is just spectacular and it comes with insane life utility, that’s the reward. Manage the risk by not trying to dominate the lift initially, just go light and get familiar with the movement pattern. I’d stay light until say 100-200 collective reps achieved @ <60% working weight of 3-5 reps, something like that

It seems a wise approach. For sure it’s a daily life super useful movement. Really bulletproof your back… it’s nice learn new stuff. Thanks
