My Tesla is the only car I’ve ever had where I have to sit in the driveway reading forums and rebooting it, trying to resolve software bugs.

I would have flatly done this with my Volvo and Ford but they still update software by driving it to the dealer using a cat 5 cable

If I could sum my experience driving a Volvo up in one word it would be, bugs My driver assist drove into someone once, my accident warning system alarms would go off unexpectedly, the console would crash, the brake system was designed by someone who hates passengers, the tires fell apart, the car looked great though

Before getting the Tesla we tested a Volvo EV and were unimpressed. Glad we dodged it. That said, Tesla software is buggy and they are trying too hard at minimalism. Ex. Having to navigate a touchscreen to open the glovebox is dumb.
