The total surface area of mitochondria in your cells is equivalent to about 14,000 meters^2 or 4 football fields…🤯

Okay then. Thanks a lot….Do you read books often? Cause I started reading early last year and now I can’t stop.. I’m constantly looking for new books to read

I love that! Reading is a gym for the mind. I tend to read a couple dozen books per year and an absurd amount of podcast hours

Attention is just practice, it’s another muscle. Keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be the one saying this to someone else in the near future :) and we’ll all be better off

Thanks Coach🫡. I’ve been practicing a lot lately. I also realised that to focus fully on the audio I need to stop every other activity and just sit back and relax..so I dedicate 90 mins each day to podcasts and it’s been going great. Do you enjoy fictional books or are you 100% a realist?

I love fiction but been on a pretty heavy nonfiction train the last couple years. I tend to reread dune and diamond age yearly at a minimum

Rereading a book is my favorite thing to do tbh. So much better than rewatching a movie in my books😉😂 I’m gonna have to check out diamond age And I love nonfiction books too, the motivational ones like “how to win friends and influence people “ and “the subtle art of not giving af” idk if you’re into those

Those two aren’t for me but nothing wrong with them, a lot of those I learned early in life unintentionally. I have very much enjoyed Tao of Seneca and Karma from Sadhguru

You learned those early in life? Was it from people who surrounded or personal(first hand) experiences.. cause now I feel there’s some trauma attached to unintentionally learning stuff like that Oh you’re into the deep books, niceeee. I started Tao of Seneca last year but never got to finish it cause my granny passed the same period so it took a toll on me

It’s definitely labeled as trauma now hahah, but you nailed it. These were not lessons I would have asked for or wish on anyone but nonetheless the lessons were there for me if I chose to accept them. I read a lot of anything that I’m interested about. Managing the mind is the most critical aspect to doing anything well and I really like to do things well.
