Businesses I’ve looked at buying (and passed on so far): - pest control - car wash - gas station - adult daycare - laundry mat - HVAC - rehab centers - dry cleaning Why? - 1. SMB buying got overheated during ZIRP, 2. I didn't want to buy myself a job

No they’re stuck in my head still. I might be able to puke them out this week Tldr - retiring owners - replacement rate of current operators < 1 - 6mos backlog for books of work - silent systemic crisis - 3d printers used in place of current tooling - entry points a plenty and match skill down to 0 - path to big $

Totally down to connect with your friend. I have goals and direction here but no time to be primary on it or happy to just give ideas for free, whatever. I just believe this is super important for our country and know it can print money from almost day 1
