- retiring owners
- replacement rate of current operators < 1
- 6mos backlog for books of work
- silent systemic crisis 
- 3d printers used in place of current tooling
- entry points a plenty and match skill down to 0 
- path to big $

It’s not something I’ve looked into, but I’m always interested in learning more.
