I truly believe everyone does, most people just drown that inner yearning with anxiety, alcohol, and meaningless distraction. 

It’s not weird that on average everyone is nicer and clearly more satisfied with life, even while being human and certainly having daily problems. Big cities are mostly spiritual poison, though individuals with intention can certainly find peace within the craziest of cities
