For people that workout at the gym and also practice another sport: how do you usually divide your workouts? Do you train gym+sport on the same day or do you focus on only one activity per day?

I’ll do any of the combos. Some days I like go for the multi sport combo, usually it’s a time based choice so whichever is more accessible, if I’ve been getting too much of one vs the other then I might option for the balance

I’ve been working out for 1 hour and going to jiu jitsu right after. Now I just changed my routine and I’ll be working out on a 3 day a week plan, and my jiu jitsu workout will be on the other days. I’ll give it a try for 3 months to see if I am able to improve. Im enjoying so far
