A lot of benefits that are complementary, they’re forcing you to train different ranges of motion, specifically in the spine. Highly recommended working up to them and starting light if you decide to play with them

You never want to forget that the spine is an insanely complex piece of biological infrastructure. Start lighter than you think because the motion is probably new in a lot of ways. Maintaining strength in your core is vital to building useful strength from this
