He’s heavy in research science around chemistry and novel applications for food and fragrance. All the novelty comes from him, he’s using entirely for the rote work. This also isn’t his first exposure but he is finally hit a stretch where he can afford to update his workflows and now he’s seeing its power

I think your original point is still there. His comment on people losing their jobs is more inline with the current talent available, which I tend to agree with in the near term. For example I wouldn’t hire someone who doesn’t use AI in their workflow but at some point that lack of use will be a new fiction
