I like having limited choices - it makes me feel like I’m in control of my choices. Allows me to evaluate my options 

Its like diners in nyc - why is there an entire page dedicated to omlettes, how can one ever feel like they could make any sort of informed decision?

My ideal restaurant experience is one where the menu is nearly entirely void of choice. The chef tells you what you’re having, end of story.
