I think I’m in the minority with this view in crypto, the hard part is I’m in the majority of actual potential users and supposedly that’s the direction we’re supposed to be headed

But like, I don’t need base to get rid of this friction, all they did in my mind was add more friction, the further fractured the space, for what reason? What couldn’t coinbase have done that they need a forked copy of Optimism?

I think you’re right - I also think base really want to get rid of all the friction and it will all get there.
