I’m on the same page as Klusya. I try to avoid subscriptions whenever I can. I think continuing without or with smaller Degen prizes is a solid approach. Subscriptions would probably turn off players who don’t regularly make it to the top of the leaderboard. At some point, I thought about a sponsorship model where anyone who wants to can donate Degen into the prize pool, either from their daily allowance or straight from their wallet. Not quite sure if this is a reasonable approach, how tricky it would be (technically), or if it might even be seen as "wash trading" ...
