The thing I realized after watching Tar is that lesbians written by men are often perverts. I think assuming women abuse power the same way as men is intellectually lazy.

I’ve observed in many cases women in power use their influence to push people to work harder than is sustainable. There isn’t a ton of research on this as the concept is relatively very new.
