Yeah anything that reaches scale ultimately breaks down/becomes inefficient. Want to see systems on the journey up stop and take a no growth strategy to optimize

Not future freeze. Optimize for the current user base. Don’t actively try to grow and view it as a hindrance more than a goal. Human nature tends towards more. A company culture that sustains itself with an enough mindset interests me. I would love to see examples of this to see why I’m wrong. Likely I’m ideali

I agree it’s confusing. But I think generally there’s value in more voices, as long as you’re clear what parts of your culture you don’t want to give up

What happens to groups and decisions when growth is removed as a goal? I guess I oddly fantasize over planned obsolescence of revenue streams because I don’t want anyone to fall in love with the comfort and forget we’re here to innovate
