I’m sure it’s a nice place, just not where I imagined the next Apollo-like project would be launched.

Are you familiar with the Abilene paradox? I just stumbled upon it and am glad to finally put a name to an effect I’ve often witnessed

Ironically, lemmings are often used as the patronus of the Abilene paradox, but it turns out that they never actually run off of cliffs, it was all staged by the production company to discredit communism
