Anyone here into weightlifting? Currently doing stronglifts 5x5 and planning to switch to 5/3/1 afterwards. Incredibly, I've gained about 8 lbs in the last 6 weeks. Wasn't looking to get bigger, but I feel really great, so planning to finish 5x5 out and cut when i switch to 5/3/1

👋 big fan of mark rippetoe’s starting strength protocol 3 sets of 5 heavy reps with progressive loading every session. got swole af when i was serious about it
