do you ever optimize for that, or just allow it to happen? if I had to pay .005 or something for Many Such Cases I would, but I don't...interesting trade space between distribution and revenue

we don't, but i suppose we could with exclusive content or access. similar to /rehash who offers livestreams and groupchat access to subscribers only. we don't want to sacrifice distribution for revenue, which i think is the right decision if we're trying to optimize for growth
