counter point to @js and @trustlessstate: gardens are managed ecosystems that are bent to the will of the gardener. ethereum has no such master. "dark forest" is too... dark

maybe it already has? all the recent L2 scaling makes me think we're now well out of the garden phase but idk, you have a lot more context and knowledge than i do

definitely think there is something to the vision of Ethereum being an infinite garden that will grow into an infinite forest :)
