I don’t see any skills or experience that lead me to believe he would do a good job. I like Lex, but making tough calls doesn’t seem like something he does in life.

People underestimate leadership a lot, they always think of the easy part of the job.

I think there are plenty of people with those qualities that also have experience and credentials.

I generally think that humans overestimate the abilities of celebrities.
